At its core, grounding is the idea of direct physical contact with the Earth, which electrically reconnects us to the Earth’s energy. This may seem somewhat "woo-woo", but it is not a unstudied concept. Studies have shown that grounding can help with better sleep, chronic pain, mood regulation, improved circulation, reduce inflammation, decrease muscle soreness and improve immune response, amongst other benefits.
With the use of sound/vibration therapy and grounding mats made of conductive materials, we mimic the electrical energy of the earth while you receive a restorative and customized massage.

All massage sessions are fully customizable with elements including cupping, warm aromatherapy infused towels, hot stones, preferred pressure, sound/vibration therapies and grounding mat use- at no additional cost.
